Punctuation and spaces count toward the character count. The personalization can be on one or two lines, but must still be 20 characters total. The shipping rate on individual matchboxes is a flat fee - you can order as many individual matchboxes as you like with no additional shipping cost.
Note: International orders are shipped without matches in the boxes. All US orders containing matches are shipped by ground.
